  • Tutors must meet the platform's qualification standards and undergo verification.
  • Learners and tutors must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
  • Notify AlifHub immediately in case of unauthorized account access.

4. Use of the Platform

The platform must only be used for lawful purposes related to Quranic, Arabic, or Islamic education.

Users must not:

  • Share offensive or inappropriate content.
  • Disrupt platform operations or infringe on others' rights.
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to AlifHub's services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent lessons from being conducted or errors in payment processing.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Tutors are compensated based on agreed terms, with payment processed securely through AlifHub.

7. Policies Around Classes

a. Missed Classes:

  • Learners must inform tutors at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a class.
  • Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

b. Tutor Cancellations:

  • If a tutor cancels a class, they must provide a reschedule option at no additional cost.

c. Class Recordings:

  • Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes, with prior consent.

  • Attend scheduled lessons promptly.
  • Respect tutors and other users.
  • Provide feedback to help improve the platform's services.

11. Limitation of Liability
